MPMC is a mid-sized government ministry with a little less than 150 employees serving in offices on both Upolu and Savaii.
Though we are a Ministry of manifold functions and responsibilities, we are unified in a single overarching purpose:
to ensure a well governed, informed, and secured Samoa.

MPMC is under the portfolio of the Honourable Prime Minister, Afioga Tuilaepa Lupesoliai Neioti Aiono Sailele Malielegaoi. His Associate Minister is Peseta Vaifou Tevagaena, of the Faasaleleaga No. 4 constituency.

MPMC's Chief Executive, Agafili Shem Leo, reports to the Hon. Prime Minister and is supported by a management team of ten members.
