The Office of the Clerk of the Legislative Assembly, in partnership with the United States of America
Embassy Office in Apia, will be hosting a Parliamentary Youth Program on Tuesday 14th & Wednesday 15th
of December 2021 at the Parliamentary precinct in Mulinuu.
The Parliamentary Youth Program aims to inform youth participants about the inherent functions of
Parliament, the role of Members of Parliament and the functions of Parliamentary Committees. Participants
will also have the opportunity to observe Parliamentary Proceedings.
There are 150 openings for participants between the ages of 18-45 to attend the two-day program to be held
on Tuesday 14th & Wednesday 15th of December 2021 at the Maota o Tofilau Eti Alesana Building in
Mulinuu at 8am.
Participants wishing to attend the Parliamentary Youth Program are requested to contact the Office of the
Clerk of the Legislative Assembly to obtain a registration application and for further details on
