Only SAMOAN citizens are eligible for a Samoan passport.
Applications for Samoan passports requires a standard of five (5) working days to process. A non-refundable fee is payable for the passport service.
Our objective is to make the process of obtaining a passport as simple as possible. To assist us, we require your cooperation in providing full details of the names you may legally use, and all supporting documents appropriate to your circumstances.
Application Process
- Applicants must complete and sign the passport application form. Original or certified copies of
appropriate supporting documents must be enclosed (Refer Section D – Checklist in application form). - Application of children under 16 years of age:
a. Complete the consent form on Section C of the application form.
b. Written consent from either parents or legal guardians is required. - Lodge your application at:
The Immigration Office, Level 1 Government Building, Eleele Fou, Samoa - Lodge two photos. The person who certifies your identity in Part B of the form
must endorse the back of one photo: “This is a true likeness of (your name)”
