Cabinet at its meeting on
Wednesday, 2 nd August, 2023,
approved the recommendation from
the Panel to reappoint Tuifa’asisina
Sieni Tualega – Voorwinden to the
position of Chief Executive Officer of
the Samoa International Finance
Authority. This will be her second
term in office.
Tuifaasisina Sieni Tualega –
Voorwinden is a lawyer by
profession and holds a Bachelor of
Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees
from Auckland University.
She is the mother of four children.
